advice from social media bussines owners
Authenticity
and honesty shine through your posts and are hugely valued by your readers.
Personalise
and less is more.
You are
sincere in your content 😂, tell them that “interaction has to
be more then just selling something” I hate the accounts that are never there
until they are about to sell something then they invade your timeline , but for
you I go “oooh what is Brian talking about today”!
Ooh and tell
them to learn how to write an apology ..... not the “I’m sorry that you thought
I did something wrong but I’m really not apologizing “ type of social media
excuse but a genuine PR apology 😂
Don't go
full Tagatha Christie *every* time. Whenever you do, note who doesn't
share/engage over a couple of mentions and leave them off next time, they
likely won't engage anyway.
